Building on your land: common questions
Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. We build custom homes on our clients' land and handle permits, planning and construction from start to finish. Send us your land's details and we'll look at water, sewer, slope and access with you up front.
Can I bring my own plan?
Yes. You can start from one of our proven plans or bring your own, and we'll fit it to your lot. We regularly customize layouts, finishes and outdoor spaces.
Where do you build?
Throughout North Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Cherokee, Bartow, Gordon, Whitfield, Cobb and Pickens counties. If you're not sure your lot is in our area, call us at 706-514-6637.
What comes standard?
Every Riverstone home includes LVP flooring in the main living areas, granite or quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, tiled baths and more. See the full Standard Features list.
How do I pick my finishes?
After your plan is set, we walk you through your selections, from exterior colors and stone to cabinets, flooring and fixtures, with clear deadlines so construction stays on schedule.
