Build on your land

Build on the land you already own.

You pick the plan and we handle the rest: permits, site prep and construction, with one local team that has been building in North Georgia since 1997.

How it works

From your lot to your keys, in five steps

You never have to manage subcontractors or chase permits. Here is what building on your land with Riverstone looks like.

  1. Building consultation

Sit down with our team to talk through your land, budget, plan ideas and timeline before you commit to anything.

  2. Choose your plan

Pick one of our proven floor plans or bring your own, then make it yours with your layout changes and selections.

  3. Permits and site prep

We handle permitting, HOA approval and getting your lot ready to build.

  4. Construction

Our project manager runs the job site from the foundation to the final finish, and keeps you updated along the way.

  5. Walk-through and closing

We walk the home with you, finish the punch list and see you through closing.
